1. Cardi B

Our Queen, and America’s favorite female rap artist announced earlier this week that she's dropping new music. The artist took to her Instagram, here, to reveal the cover for her new album “Invasion Of Privacy” which will be dropping next Friday, April 6th. Be sure to head over to Spotify or Apple Music and give it a listen.

2. Virgil Joins LV

Perhaps one of the biggest trending topics this week is Louis Vuitton naming a new menswear designer. The luxury brand has named Virgil Abloh, creator of the OFF-WHITE brand and longtime creative director for Kanye West as their new Menswear Designer. This is a huge shift for the French brand. Virgil, is the first African-American designer to join the LV family, for more details check out this article by The New York Times, here.

3. Lorde Covers Ye

After Lorde’s most recent show in Chicago, she paid tribute to one of Chi town's most famous former resident. Videos of Lorde covering Love Lockdown a'capella and Runaway surfaced the internet. And they are truly amazing, check them out, here

4. Hollywood joins March For Our Lives

Young Americans took a stand last weekend and made their voices heard. Plenty of people across the county rallied together to take a stand on Gun Laws and urged congress to create change. Hollywood was right there with them standing in solidarity with them. Kim and Kanye flew out to DC and even brought North West along, saying they hoped that was a day she would always remember. The cast of Parks & Rec had a mini reunion while marching as well. Meanwhile in LA, stars like Kendall Jenner, Willow Smith, and the HAIM sisters marched with fans amongst the streets.

5. Instagram Changing?

Looks like the team at Instagram have finally heard months of users complaints and are updating the algorithm. While they did not come out and say the feed will become chronological again, they did say they are making changes to update the algorithm to most likely put newer content at the top of you feed. Looks like we'll have to keep our eyes peeled for these new updates.
